All eligible return items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

Return items must meet the following critera:

• Items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
• No signs of smoke or pet hair.
• No stains or makeup marks.

 

All returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your item(s). Payments will be credited back to the purchasers credit card.

Outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Aspen Equestrian will not be responsible for any items lost in transit, therefore return shipping with tracking is advised.

Aspen Equestrian will not be held responsible for any return customs or import duties.
